Do your items come with a warranty?

The majority of our outlet items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, the length of which depends on the brand and product (you can find details on individual product pages). We provide this information along with your order, so please keep your order confirmation for your records.

What is the difference between a Kindora warranty and a brand warranty?

On our approved resale items you’ll notice that some items come with a brand warranty while others come with a Kindora warranty (and some come with both!) 


A Kindora warranty is a marker of our internal screen and clean process, where our expert providers inspect each resale item and make any necessary repairs, ensuring it’s completely safe to use. Under our warranty you’ll be able to claim a full repair if anything goes wrong within the stated time period.


A brand warranty is much the same, but it’s the brand who’ve done the check-up rather than us. Either way, you can expect the exact same level of care and quality.

How do I claim my warranty?
